Before you order

Please check the class, subject and medium shown on each book page before you order, so you get exactly the book you need.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

Wrong or damaged books

If you receive a book that is damaged or is not the book you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will help resolve it.

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, it is returned to your original payment method.
